Differences Between Pipes, Bongs, and Bubblers
Trying to decide how to smoke your weed? Here are several options:
Bubbler — Glass bubblers are sometimes similar to glass bongs in shape, but they are typically much smaller and offer different benefits. Bubblers typically have a larger base or bulbous chamber to hold the water. Bubblers feature a mouthpiece, bowl, and stem, but unlike bongs, bubblers feature more diverse mouthpiece styles. Bubblers can be a messy situation. A bubbler might be the best of both worlds if you can’t choose between a bong or pipe! In a bubbler, water is in play to filter your smoke and to prevent inhaling ash.
Bong — Often it is talked about what is a better smoke? Bong? Pipe? Bongs have been around since the dawn of time, but recently the innovation in water filtration systems has been a game changer. Water filtration is key because this filters out unhealthy carcinogens and toxins. If you are in your home a bong can be a great choice for a smoking your herb. On the positive side, a bong can bring you a longer and smoother drag, filter out the bad smoke, and is impossible to inhale tar and also because of water filtration. On the other hand, there are some common issues bong users have with their piece. For instance, having a big bong can be very high key and hard to keep discreet, that being said it is also very hard to travel with. Other examples like water spillage and having bong water splash into the consumers mouth is all of our worst nightmares.
Hand Pipe — If you are one who sees more negatives to the bong experience…. We have just the solution! Depending on which stoner you converse with a hand pipe might be your answer. The hand pipe provides a different smoking experience compared to the bong. A hand pipe can come in all different shapes and are typically on the smaller side. This can be appealing to a stoner because the pipe is portable, discreet, and easy to clean. Unfortunately, there is always a down side to a smoking device. Here with a hand pipe some negatives might deliver a hotter smoke, ash can be inhaled, and a bubbler might be used for harsher drugs.
